How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Processing membership payments, refunds, and chargebacks for our operating brands, and providing member and billing support.

SMS and Email Consent
If you opt in to the Research Info Group Notifications SMS program, we store your mobile number, the date and time of your consent, the page or form you used, and your IP address as a record of consent. We use that number only to send the transactional messages described in the SMS Program Terms. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
If you opt in to informational email, we store your email address and consent record and send you the content you asked for. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests within ten business days.
Transactional email and text messages about an account you hold are part of providing that account and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access restricted to staff who need it, and payment card handling delegated to a PCI DSS compliant processor.
