Response Rate in Internet Surveys

The following methodology was used. A sample of graduating MBA students received an e-mail invitation (with attractive incentive and from a respected, credible source) to participate in a survey of their educational experiences. Potential respondents were guaranteed no commercial use of their address or responses. The invitation gave them a user name and password and directed them to a site where they would complete a questionnaire (requiring about 10 minutes).

Based on your experience and knowledge of similar surveys, what response rate should be expected?

Thanks.
