CASRO and CMOR does give an industry standard calculation of Total Refused/Total Contacts. I definitly agreee with this, but something that definitly needs to be clarified is "total contacts".
CASRO and CMOR defintion of a contact= total refused, eligible respondent not available, langauge barrier, and completed interviews.
My question is. Why would language barrier be considered as a contact, but someone who would terminate during the screeer is not?
Robin, CMOR and CASRO calculation is correct of total refused/ over total contacts, but from my experience no one uses a universal definition of "contact".
I would love to here other opinions.
