But what I mean is "market research"; going beyond our small market share. And beside that, you know that in business to business relations, regular customer satisfaction research will not be so enlightening as in a business to consumer relations.
The last CS survey I recall, gave something like this: 17 contacts, 12 responses, "100%" satisfied in overall and in every mayor attribute, with some not to surprising suggestions to do a better job. Sadly, this results will reinforce the attitudes I mentioned at first.
