Would anyone know where I could find some secondary research regarding residential home development. Basically, our client would like to study the feasibility of a large residential development set within a traditional cottage/vacation area. We'd look to establish obstacles to buying, most effective marketing, definition of target audience...Any and all help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks...
