If anyone out there has direct experience of this with subscription magazines I'd be delighted to hear. But please, if you've got experience of other markets I'd still like to hear from you.
One problem with waiting for sales to come in to test the efficacy of models is that we're modelling potential demand and real sales volume is a mixture of this and the effectiveness of any marketing. It's fuzzy.
I'm restricted because I've already collected my data on likelihood of purchase at various price points (certain, very likely, fairly likely, not very likely and not at all likely) and just want an independent opinion on what weights to apply.
Please help if you can.
