Even though they are from a few years back, we have three case histories showing the benefit of market research in the "Introduction to Dyanmic Modeling" PDF download on our site. We actually have some better and more recent ones, as well as some great examples of what happens when you don't conduct research, but we are not at liberty to discuss them.
