Here's a question for everybody:
I'm putting together a presentation on the benefits of market research. In particular, the presentation will be about the long-term cost benefits of conducting market research. Of course, we have some case studies of our own, but I thought it would be interesting to hear some of yours. Does anybody have an interesting case study where the client had measureable cost savings because of the research you performed.
If we use your case study in the presentation, we'll definitely cite your company's name.
