Over the years this has happened to us, too, at Pontiac (twice) and Toyota dealerships. Here's a twist -- one salesman made it clear that if we gave any score other than the top box, he and others at the dealership would pester us unceasingly to find out why, and send us another questionnaires to find out more about our disssatisfaction. Another incentive to fill it out "correctly" to most buyers I guess, but it made me even more likely to answer truthfully. And I did get a phone call and follow-up Q. But I sure don't believe those "Rated #1 in Buyer Satisfaction!!!" claims any more.
