I am currently researching a possibility of forming a Customer Advisory Panel at the non-profit membership organization I work for. I would welcome any insights from anyone who is familiar with the subject.
In partucular, I am interested to know
- what case studies are out already there
(for example, if there was anything written on boyscout's success of reviving their organization)
- what other methods of continous feedback are used by non-profit membership organizations, or associations
