In addition, you've now brought another, distinct issue into the discussion, which is data analysis ... this is a separate animal from web surveys which is purely data collection with some topline reporting capabilities

Finally, regarding the cost for crosstabs, do you think there's a difference between tabbing a one-question survey versus a two hundred question survey ... how can anyone give you feedback if you don't supply the most basic information?

Bill, it's obvious that you're a layman ... not that this is bad, as long as you recognize it ... if you would like to proceed without any professional guidance, that is your perogative; however, I would suggest that you contact some of the consultants who are regular contributors to this forum and asked for their advice
