Pretty interesting comments from all. Would you agree with the following:
I think most of these free web survey softwares and services only offer simple frequencies and they lack comprehensive data analysis like crosstabs, their significance, measures of association, correlation and reggression and other multivariate techniques, along with a executive summary or details. I believe here comes the difference because a layman will not be able to conduct or understand such kind of advance data analysis. What do you all think?
By the way I got most of the quotes for data processing and crosstabs and frequencies of arround 1000 responses from a web survey in the range of 2500 bucks. Do you think it is okay?
