I am looking for expert opinions or other evidence to support my position that online research of general population consumers still poses a substantial sampling bias.
There is a movement afoot in my firm, by individuals who are ignorant of basic research principles, to utilize online surveying for the market research studies we coduct for our clients. Their motivation is purely cost saving and perceived efficiency. Please help, I need to squash this rebellion fast!! Thanks
