Standard error for a sample size of 100, assuming an infinite universe and percentage of 50% at 90% confidence level, is 8.2875%.

Standard error for a sample size of 150, assuming the same, is 6.7536%.

Decision Analyst offers a useful program called STATS that includes a feature for calculating standard error. You can download it for free at their website.
