I am in an agricultural crops business enterprise, and recently establishing contacts and links again with our lost customers as well as for our prospect customers. However, I am a bit confused as to how am I going to start with the conversation on the phone and have a productive result. May anybody please give me a brief outline of some telephone protocol or techniques for this cause. Thank you very much for the help.
