I am looking for actual costs per interview for CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Health Plans) surveys administered within the last 2 years. Is anyone out there familiar enough with the HealthCare industry to guide me in the right direction? I know there are alot of factors which contribute to actual, total interview costs per hour, however we will take whatever we can get. If that means just core data then we will make do. Thanks in advance for your help! PS. W/B if you need more specific information. -sb
