For a daily case study of online surveys that are poorly designed and rife with response bias -- check out The Motley Fool's daily poll at http://www.fool.com/PollingAllFools/PollingAllFools.asp

Today's poll on search engine usage is especially poor. They don't even include some of the major portals such as HotBot, AltaVista, and Webcrawler as specific answer choices.

Thought y'all might be interested -- especially Sherman, Randy, Mike, and Scott.
