Customer Satisfaction Surveys

I have recently stepped into a position of Client Satisfaction Surveying. This role has been handled primarily on paper, and then brought back into the office for entry into Access Database. Here is my question... I know that there are software available for email, or web server survey's that could be sent out to our customer's and sent back all via the internet. I want to know, based on individual experience, which one's offer the "best" capabilities. I've been researching this for some time and have found plenty out there who "claim" their product is the best, but want first hand experience. Thanks!
