I have been a temporary employee since around 1987 and starting to seriously consider providing consulting services to client
companies that use temps - helping them to better prepare for, utilize, and orient their temporary/constingent staff.
I have done some nominal preliminary research and found that very few temp agencies actually provide this type of customer
service and majority of Human Resource/Personnel consulting companies focus on permanent vs. contingent/temporary staffing
consulting.
I would appreciate any assistance in regards to questions I should include in survey to client companies and survey to other
temp agencies regarding employment and utilization of temporary/contingent staffing so that I can determine if this is a feasible
consideration or if I should pursue it from another angle, etc. after analyzing final results.
