Analytics Analyst / Manager

Analytics Analyst to Manager roles available. Center of analytic insights and strategic thinking. This position requires both strategic and tactical skill sets with an eye for numbers, intellectual curiosity, proficiency at problem solving, a strong command of online media, and an understanding of traditional media.
Job Description:
• Identifies key measures, approach and methodologies measuring digital (online, interactive) and offline marketing campaign success against clients? business objectives
• Establish measurement strategies and implement appropriate testing methodologies.
• Work closely with media team to assess online media needs performance issues
• Works with creative agency and client structure to implement successful measurement strategies and techniques for effective measurement results
• Manage a team of analysts, developing skills and mentoring to drive growth in skills and experience
• Work with media sales community, in-house research departments, client and creative agencies to develop unique and strategically appropriate media approaches, including the exploration of venues (sites, creative technologies, etc.) that utilize emerging technologies pertinent to our clients' objectives.
• Contribute to the company's knowledge base by creating and sharing case studies, POVs and seminar/conference summaries.
Requirements:
• 2-7 years of online advertising experience desired; excellent understanding of offline and online advertising performance metrics
• Expertise collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data
• Strong ability to judge and quantify results of advertising / promotional efforts placed on behalf our clients (i.e., understand true value of ROI, understand/describe impact of results, compare actual results to needs of client/product) and know what to do with this information (i.e., how to optimize placements, which promotions to recommend, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of research resources such as @Plan, Nielsen/NetRatings and Simmons; as well as research resources such as TNS, comScore, Dynamic Logic, Compete, and other research/planning tools
• Knowledge of ad serving platforms (e.g., DART, X+1, Vindico), Web site analytics software (e.g., WebTrends, Omniture, Visual Sciences), paid search engine marketing data sources (e.g., Google, Overture/Yahoo, DART Search, Efficient Frontier) a plus
• Knowledge of statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS) a plus
• Experience in the analysis of large data sets to find useful relationships (data mining)
• Experience with client presentation development
Salary: to $85k
